Dr. Derek Atchley is a dedicated chiropractor passionate about holistic health and well-being. He joined his father, Dr. Lyman Atchley, in 2005 as a Doctor of Chiropractic at Atchley Chiropractic, one of Albuquerque's most established chiropractic practices, founded in 1967. Throughout his career, Dr. Derek has helped patients improve their health by combining state-of-the-art chiropractic techniques with overall wellness strategies — delivering care that works to "make people healthier from the inside out."

Dr. Derek is thrilled to expand his practice to include High Desert Hyperbaric & Healing, a wellness center offering innovative therapies such as hyperbaric oxygen, MedWave Narrow Light Technology™, PEMF, and other cutting-edge modalities.
